A Stretch, Leap, and Turn class focuses on enhancing flexibility, developing turning and leaping techniques, and building strength and control for dance movements. Dancers will work on different types of leaps, jumps, and turns, such as pirouettes, while focusing on proper alignment, strength, and flexibility.
